FAQs

Player & Spectator Policies

Please see our policies here for player and spectator conduct.

Are spectators allowed?

Each course has separate rules on spectators so stay tuned to the newsletters. We will communicate via email prior to each event. Most courses allow spectators to walk. Please see our policies regarding spectator conduct.

What if my child has never played?

If your child has never played, they should start out in the 3-hole division and can move up as they get more experience.

Does my child need clubs?

Your child will need a bag and golf clubs. We do have some they can borrow if needed—please email us if you need those for the tournaments.

Is there a dress code?

Each golf course has their own dress code, however a golf shirt and shorts or pants is always preferred. See our player policies.

Will there be food?

Some of the outings will have snacks or light fare provided. Please make sure your child has a water bottle and snack if needed.

Do you need parent volunteers?

We can always use scorekeeper volunteers for each group. These will keep score, make sure the pace of play is appropriate and that proper golf etiquette and rules will be followed.

If they want to play in the scramble but don’t have a partner?

We will do our best to partner the players based on age and ability. Golf is also about meeting new friends and playing with many different players so we may change the pairings if applicable.
